Many people have trouble figuring out what they may be doing after high school but Melissa Siqueiros doesn’t. She finds the study of the mind interesting and has been working on one day going to college and pursuing a career to be a physiologist in the future. Melissa Siqueiros is a junior at Oscar de La Hoya, she has come to the conclusion that she’d like to have a career that involves her interest; this being psychology. “I find studying the mind really interesting.” She explained, “It’s been something I’ve been wanting to do for a while.” Melissa has been interested in being a psychologist even since she was little. Her enjoyment of watching criminal minds has helped her dive more into the world of psychology with curiosity and genuine interest. She hopes to attend a college in order to accomplish her dream.
