Flan Napolitano: Flan Napolitano is an egg-based pastry that contains a minimum amount of ingredients. It is simple to make and it is incredibly creamy. You will not be disappointed once you have the first taste.

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • A can of evaporated milk
  • A can of milk from the trademark Nestle
  • A small spoonful of vanilla
  • Cream cheese, (Recommended product: Philadelphia Cream Cheese) (3 tablespoons)

Appliances needed:

  • Blender
  • Cooking pot
  • Mold

Steps:

1. Gather your ingredients and prepare your blender. Grab 6 eggs, a can of evaporated milk, a can of milk from the trademark Nestle, a small spoonful of vanilla, and 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and pour them into your blender. These ingredients have to be blended together to create the base of the flan.

2. Once blended, put that aside and grab a mold. Once you have the mold, put two tablespoons of sugar into the mold and burn it. The point of this step is to create the caramel that goes on top of the flan.

3. Once you’ve done this step, put out a pot with a little bit of water to cook the flan in a bain-marie. So when you put the water, everything you blended is put in the mold where you burned the sugar.

4. After 15 minutes, with the point of a knife, submerge the point of the knife. If the knife comes out clean, turn the stove off because the flan is ready. If the knife comes out dirty, you have to leave it to cook for a few more minutes.

5. To unmold the flan, pass the knife around the edge of the mold. Grab a plate and flip the flan over. Viola!

Water Gelatin: There are many types of ways to make jello. One of the easiest ways to make it is with a pack of water gelatin.

  1. Boil a liter of water. When it’s boiling, turn off the water and dissolve the gelatin packet.
