“My goal for this year and any year is always to improve. I’m always reflecting on my own even when I’m teaching or even when I’m just on my way home or just coming here like ‘oh okay like what can I do better?’ So my goal is always to improve better than I was a year ago, better than I was five minutes ago, a minute ago, a second ago, so I’m just always trying to improve.”
