“Rewarding is making good relationships with students and seeing students go on and do success after high school and whatever success it is for them. That’s the biggest reward: keeping in touch with students after they graduate is a big reward so that I know what they are doing. And then the challenge is just trying to make what I do interesting to as many students as possible because like every class in high school all students are not equally interested in whatever subject there is at that moment, so I really try to make it as interesting as I can for the students I have”.
